Mighty Empires - project becoming real

I'm working on my Mighty Empires (1990 edition) project for a long time. In the past, I've created a huge map, made of 2 or 3 sets of the tiles provided with the Mighty Empires original board game. It was somehow a replica of the Warhammer world. The tiles were glued on a wood board and the map was covered with a plexiglas foil to protect it. Its size was 180 x 120 cm, so quite bulky.

I have recently decided to draw my own Old World map by using the Inkarnate software and here is the result: 

I've had the map printed as a neoprene gamemat by Torek Wargame Accessories. This will be easier to store and to transport when I'll play elswhere than my house. With my friends, I will play Mighty Empires as a standalone game for games between 3 and 6 hours.

But ultimately, I'm planning to play it along with Warhammer Battle 3rd edition, with seven different armies (Empire, Dwarfs, Wood Elves, Norse, Chaos, Skaven and Orcs & Gobs). I will play solo as I know that playing with friends will result in a dead end (I have already experimented this a long time ago, we reached the first winter phase but never managed to continue beyond this point... due to life constraints, kids, lack of interest, etc.).

 

I'll do this after my retirement, approx. in 7 years. This will let me enough time to finish painting all my armies. Most of the Dwarfs, Norse, Wood Elves, Chaos and Orcs & Gobs are painted though.

 

With the Inkarnate map editor, I have also created game tokens for special locations, bridges and Equinox spells. I have glued them on cardboards and carefully cut them (took me quite some time, if only I had designed them square shaped...). Here they are:

Also, as the basic game comes only with tokens and flags for 3 different factions, I have designed player tokens and flags to match most of the races in the game (Chaos undivided and the four Chaos powers, Dwarfs, Empire, Bretonnia, Norse, Wood Elves, High Elves, Dark Elves, Skaven, Orcs & Gobs):
