The Battle of East-Loren - Turn 11

Dwarfs - Turn 11

The battlefield is now nearly empty... The combats were fierce and devastating.


 
The only notable thing during this Dwarf turn is the loss of four warriors in the Norse Dwarfs unit and its inhability to cause wounds to the Wood Elf general and its wizard companion.


Burlok "The Wise" tries to cast Arrow Invulnerability on the Hammerers but fails due to lack of magical energy.

The Grand Banner of Karak Norn hurls a Lightning Bolt at the warrior kinbands but causes no wound.

Wood Elves - Turn 11

Valmor Longstride, the wardancer hero, charges the skirmishing crossbowmen but fails to reach them as they choose to run away:


Sirwing Feathermoon's war eagle reduces its speed and fly over the bolt thrower crew to attack it.


The guards aim at Josef Bugman - who has managed to get out of the Dust Storm during his movement phase - and their shots inflict one wound to the legendary hero.


The unit of archers shoots at the clansmen and kills three of them:


The glade runners tries to hit the thunderers but fail.

Sirwing Feathermoon kills one of the bolt thrower crewmen:


In the fight opposing the Elven lords and the Norse Dwarfs, the turn is in favour of the shorties: they inflicts four deadly wounds to Lorindel Whistlewind. Sirwendil Silverhead replies but kills only one enemy warrior:
